Pretty in Punk

 

Wow it seems like an eternity but finally I got a chance to get back on Second Life for more than a minute or 2 today.. and what a great surprise showed up in my daily onslaught of notices! \o/  .44 Caliber, a store that I already love for having a sweet name xD, is having a great sale until November 22nd. Pretty much everything in the store is on sale for 44L or 144L with fatpacks @ 444L. Shown in the picture is just one of many many styles of cute punky pants available for 44L. Lots of cute tanks and other items too ^.^ Also, talk about perfect timing, Black Maria has a new mohawk group gift hair out (along with tons of other dollarbie and freebie hair and a cute punk pigtails in the lucky board ).

Speaking of hair Salon MA*YO has some absolutely adorable freebie hair up as a grand opening gift for their main store. Not sure how much longer this one is going to be available so grab it while you can… as a lover of red hair I have to say it is a must have ^.^

Do You [Kue!] ?

One store that I go to regularly ( beacuase they have a daily freebie \o/ …. which is ALWAYS adorable) is [KUE!] . This store is perfect for feeding anyone’s kawaii addiction hehe.  I rushed over today after going over the notecard from their subscrib-o stating that they had a new Cup O Noodes gacya up! These are so adorable, and as with most items in the [KUE!] gacya there are several types that can be won. I was lucky enough to get the awesome floaty pictured above on my first try ^.^  Not only do they have Cup  O Noodles in the gacya but everything from head squirrels, milk boxes, pez dispensers.. you name it.  Also available are some super cute chibi wings for only 1L as well as 3 lucky boards that you don’t want to miss. I’m currently stalking for the X-Mas cookie  chair one hehe.

I was beyond excited this evening when I got the notice from Rotten Toe that they had theirunlucky chair back out, and that it had an awesome 3pack (  all blue tones) of their Brains hair waiting inside the chair \o/ Since the first time I stepped foot in this store it has been an absolute favorite of mine, and I am so in love with the hair that has been released so far. The brains hair is certainly an instant fav with the left side cut out ( not only your hair but also your scalo and skull ^.^) so that you can see your brains hehe. This is a must have for sure but get it quick there are promises of more things added soon to the chair ( I know I can’t wait to see what that could be hehe) ^.^

Little Dead Riding Hood

Ok I know… I’ve been a bad blogger lately. Things have been well… insane for me both RL and SL lol X_X  However, I absolutely had to take a minute to show off the latest release from Blue Blood.  This dress is amazing! I loooove that it comes with the option of wearing with or without the cape, but honestly l love the cape so much it would be hard to get it off of me haha xD  It gives the whole dress a wonderful fairytale feel when wearing it..which I have been oddly obsessed with lately so this dress came out at the perfect time hehe.

As those of us who love Blue Blood have come to expect, the dress comes in a variety of lovely rich colors. However, being the purple fanatic that I am I had to try the purple one hehe. I have to say that Blue Blood has one of my most favorite purple tones in all of SL.. absolutely beautiful <3  While I usually enjoy Blue Blood releases I was completely blown away with this one… way too cute  ^.^ Certainly worth getting a color, or 4… of hehe. (psst be sure to check out the lucky boards and look for the sugar skull there while you’re there )

Sugar Skulls Hunt Gifties ^^

The Sugar Skull Hunt is underway and I am completely blown away with some of the amazing gifts that the Dead Doll designers have made for the hunt. So without further ado a little preview of some of the awesome loot to be had in the hunt ^^ ( psst… this is just a few.. more to come soon hehe <3)

A store that is actually a newly discovered favorite of mine, EVOL, has 3 skulls out   ( psst check out the love doll eyes while you are there hehe I love them and they are a great price! )  One of my favorites of their gifts is the adorable tophat with skulls ^^ I love the texture on this hat, so cute! The other prizes are just as great but I’ll keep them a secret for now  * muahahaha*

A long time favorite store of mine, MIASNOW, has some epic chrome eyes available in a ton of colors out for the hunt. These eyes are so sweet ^^ Perfect for little dead girls like myself or anyone else of the creepy variety hehe.

An adorable dress that really captures the true beauty of Dia De Los Muertos is hiding in the skull from A Netherworld. This is another store that is relatively new to me but certainly is worth keeping an eye on… some very cute stuff available ^^ ( Be sure to give the MM a slap while you are there too! Cute dress in there as well )

The time has come! The Dead Dolls of Second Life Sugar Skull Hunt starts tonight at midnight and I cannot wait! Atomic Hunt

Talk about Halloween Hunts! One of my allll time favorite stores, Atomic, is having a pumpkin hunt! Find 12 little pumpkins ( although when I was there pumpkin 10 was not set for sale.. and it has hair so I will be back for that one lol) around the mainstore island for some cute tanks, t shirts, skins, hair, and tattoos. All absolutely wonderful quality and so worth fighting the lag for lol.The hair comes in a fatpack of lots of colors so there is one to match with each shirt ^^

Ok so maybe not that kind of hunt… but OMG there are so many great Halloween Hunts going on right now. Personally, I am so over gridwides its not even funny, so I have been sticking to the smaller hunts and I have to say I am compltely happy with these lol. I think the designers put far more into their hunt prizes when they are for smaller hunts, and well honestly you don’t get those stores that make tons of crap to throw in every gridwide that comes along. (You know you can all think of a store or 2 that is in every single gridwide and yet has mostly garbage to give away, which is sad becuase most of these stores have nice things in their actual store inventory… why spread yourself so thin that you represent yourself with less than your caliber of work… makes no sense lol)

One of my favorite hunt gifts ( actually 10 of them to be exact) is the dollarbie witch hat hunt at Frick. I started out as a newbie on Frick skins and still love them just as much now that I own several far more high priced skins lol. You absolutely cannot beat the price and originality of these skins. All of the Halloween skins have beautiful eye makeup that would do good for Halloween as well as the rest of fall ^^.  (or any time if you’re like me lol)

Another good Halloween event going on is the HoPo (HodgePodge) Halloween event. Not a hunt, but you have to walk around as much as one to find participating stores lol. Lots of store have out cute Halloween dollarbies or freebies like the dress pictured above from Elate.

Well with Halloween coming up and with me being a mother of 2 in RL my life has been busy to say the least lol. But!
